YS Falls is a nature base attraction that shows off a little bit of paradise. Take a journey through time as you visit the legendary Appleton Estate Rum distillery located on Jamaica’s South coast. Experience firsthand the historic production process which involves the extracting of juice from sugarcane, a unique distillation process in 200 year old pot stills and visit barrel houses where rums are aged to perfection.
