What type of service do you offer?

We only offer private and personalized service in airport transfers from international airports Norman Manley and (MBJ)/Sangster to and from hotels, villas, Airbnb as well as private tours excursions to various attractions on the island.


Where are your services available? 

 

Our service is available to hotel guests and private home rental guests in the resort areas of Montego Bay, Kingston, Runaway Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril, Lucea, and Falmouth as well as to cruise ship passengers arriving in Montego Bay, Falmouth and Ocho Rios.

How do we find you at the airport?

After exiting the customs hall, kindly proceed to the exit doorway leading to the TAXI STAND located to the right of the Currency Exchange booth. Once outside the terminal building you will be greeted by one of our representatives holding a sign saying “JAMAICA EXQUISITE TRANSFER & TOURS” “with your name also written on it.

You can pay for your transfer by using you PayPal account or your credit or debit card

 

What kind of currency to you take?

We only take US$ that can be paid online or at the airport

All transfer and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.

The Cancellation Fees listed here will apply to all reservations unless the tour or transfer booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes".

No refund shall be given for any portion of the tour or transfer unused by the customer, after departure of the tour or transfer (regardless of any possible reasons).

In most cases, reservations paid by Wire Transfer, Cash Deposit, Money Order/Traveler's Check/Cashier's Check, will be refunded via methods such as PayPal. For refunds processed by Wire Transfer, any associated Wire Transfer Fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

We will process your cancellation/refund request within 1-7 business days. Please note that we will NOT acknowledge voice mail or email cancellation.  Cancellation must be done via telephone with one of our customer service representatives.
